Great location, easy access

Location was great, near the river, tram stop and shopping precinct. Easy access in and out. The laundry machine was also very helpful during those hot summer days.

My stay was during a series of continuous very hot days, the facility only had 2 floor fans which were not enough to keep the apartment cool.

Worst experience of our lives. Please do not stay there.

Clean

One of the worst experiences of our lives. My partner and I stayed here for two nights, and from the moment we arrived, everything went downhill. The accommodation had no hot water at all. We tried repeatedly to contact the property using the phone numbers they provided. Twice, the same girl from a call center answered, told us to “wait and someone will come to fix it,” and then nobody ever called us back. The second time we called, she was literally mocking me, giving vague excuses with no intention of helping. After that, communication was completely dead — no replies to calls, no replies to messages. There was absolutely no way to reach the actual property. On top of all this, the accommodation is located in a very unpleasant and unsafe neighborhood, which only added to the stress. But honestly, the lack of hot water combined with the total absence of communication from the property was unacceptable. I myself work in y as a receptionist and I could never imagine treating a guest this way. We have tried many times to request a refund for this entire ordeal both directly and through Booking and neither we nor Booking have been able to contact the property. This was truly the worst experience we have ever had, and we absolutely do not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Dangerous location and not comfortable

Lots of storage and well equipped

Hot water issues due to limited water tank capacity meant for one-two persons. We were three people. The host sent someone who did not do anything to resolve the situation. We had to ration shower water so that we could wash the dishes (there is no dishwasher). The breaker switch kept going off. We had to choose either to put the kettle on or the oven on. Ceiling height was 1.2m in the mezzanine bedroom so we had to stoop or crawl from the stairs into bed! There was lack of protection above a section of the stairs which was very dangerous. Insecure location. When we arrived, we saw two men urinating outside the building, someone put fire in a bin, guys were hanging around and following us, guys were selling illegal cigarettes, etc. It is an unsafe place and we do not recommend it
