Clean and good service. Breakfast very basic but not bad.
When get in the room there was no window, so we shoud pay more and then get with windows,but there where nothing described about it in the confirmation bucklet.

The people honestly were going above and beyond. Not the one to comment but their energy was so kind and welcoming that I looked forward to staying there. We even extended for an extra night!

staff were very accommodating and stayed up late waiting for me as my sleeper bus got in much later than expected. was able to rent a scooter for the day from them and also arrange my transfer back to Hanoi through them.

Very comfortable bed and nice room. Walkable to the old city. A few nice restaurants nearby. Train station is closed.
They tried with the breakfast, but it just wasn't to my personal taste.
