friendly staff
Unfortunately, the swimming pool filter was not working. We were moved to another room, but the pool filter there was also not working, and the pool was leaking.
The staff were friendly and helpful, but they did not speak English, so we had to use translation every time we needed assistance.
There were also no activities available during our stay. I asked about fishing, boat trips, and jet skiing, but none of them were available. As a result, there was very little to do other than sit in the room.
