The mattress and pillows and bedsheets were heavenly cozy!
The room layout is not so cozy and the bathroom side does look a little run down. There were also pieces of trash like toothbrush cap and a seethrough plastic piece around the bathtub area on the stones. The noise comes through the door as it is not isolated and my room was next to the elevator too so I heard every time elevator moved or wad ordered, people talking and children crying. So I had to sleep with earplugs.
In the morning we had to wait for 20min to get breakfast because we couldn’t find anybody from the staff. The breakfast eggs were way too oily.

Not bad place to stay for 1-2 days for solo travelers or couples. Its a bit far from city center so keep in mind that you need a transport.
The room itself was good but a old enough and needs renovation. There was no hangings in a closet, no shampoo and hand soap, towels was not too fresh.
But this villa has its own private parking so it was very convenient to leave my bike inside without worries.
Poor soundproof, room needs to be renovated, water was a bit cold in a shower.
