Rebecca, the manager, was a pleasure to work with. She handled every inconvenience promptly and ensured our experience remained smooth.

Everything
The lazy river was a bit dirty, could use a deep clean

Nice location, the pool area was not crowded, and there was a fire pit set up by the water. The parking was convenient as well. There was also a restaurant inside the hotel, but it was way too expensive for the taste. The breakfast was the best meal.
The hotel, in general, was dirty on the outside. The restaurant was way too expensive for the quality of the food. Inside my room, I had an issue with my sheets, but it was handled very quickly. The windows by the elevators on every floor were extremely dirty, and it didn't give me a resort vibe; it was more like just an expensive hotel.
