Overall the house was great. Excellent location. Clean. Well stocked. During our stay we had a few issues with delayed maintenance that were a bit of a nuisance. Swollen floors made the front door and the laundry room doors difficult to open. The front door had a large gap at the bottom, so rain poured in soaking the floor on rainy days. We’d stay there again, but we hope that they do a little work before our next visit.

We liked the house, however there were a few things that need to be addressed. Front door wouldn’t stay shut, toilets hard to flush, laundry door handle was broken. It was wonderful to walk right out to beach. Inside of house was nice and comfortable.

The property was as advertised and just perfect for our family vacation. We loved the open floor plan and big windows facing the ocean as well as the wrap around deck so we could watch the dolphin, fishing boats and the waves rush to shore. My young grandkids ages 8, 6 and 2 had never been to the beach before and this home was very comfortable and met our needs perfectly. We definitely would choose to stay here again.
