Located on a quiet side street in Zamboanga, the hotel is quiet and comfortable with a large bathroom. There is a large new mall is within walking distance. The tourist area of Paseo del Mar is about a 40 minute walk. There are snacks and drinks for sale and you can make yourself coffee and tea for free. Early check-in and late check-out are available. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The room did not have a place to hang clothes, and there was no free water. The room needs to be updated.

The front garden and the gate providing safety and relaxation.
Price is not expensive, too.
Staff are kind and helpful.
Location is not too bad. Near airport, KCC Mall, and some stores. Near Alavar, too.
There was no hot shower.
The water coming from the faucet smells terrible. Smells like canal drainage.
The air-conditioner is very noisy.
Blanket is too thin.
faucet and bathroom facilities need maintenance.
