Looking for a LA Luxurious Living experience in a Million Dollar single family home from a super host? Look no further. A charming house w/ a guest house (>2000 sqft) – the perfect place to stay while you explore what LA has to offer. We design this house for ourselves to live in with heart and attention to details. You would love the roomy bedrooms, the large open living room and kitchen, and the amazing landscaping green back yard with multiple sittings areas for relaxing or hanging out. This listing is not subject to LA's 14% occupancy tax at the time of booking - Central location close to everything LA has to offer. 14 mins to downtown LA, 19 mins to LAX airport, 25 mins to Venice, Santa Monica Beaches, 20 mins to Hollywood, Beverly Hills. 25 minutes to Universal Studio - This house is just totally renovated. Everything is brand new, furniture designed by a professional interior designer - Very beautiful comfortable beds, pillows, mattress - There are four sittings area outside of the house. Lounge and BBQ area with string lightings that will be amazing at night, outside dining table in front of the guest house, and romantic large wood desk right outside the king room. - Professional design landscape all around the house, very green and refreshing - One stunning large bedroom with bathroom in the guest house in the back with private living room and kitchen - Roku TV in the living room so please bring your Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc - Camera 24/7 outside front door. - Please NO PARTY, violators will be asked to leave without refund and fine up to $5,000 and more - Please note that party is not welcomed. We have exterior cameras and Ring bell door to observe and count the number of guests. We will call police and our security company will escort you to leave if there is a party or loud noise. - Occasion events please contact host. There will be extra charge for events. PLEASE NOTE: We have exterior cameras at the property for security and insurance purposes. - Early Check-in fee: $35 per hour - Late Check-out fee: $35 per hour

Beware of this owner she makes the reservation in this home to later send you a message telling you that the propery has repairs and that she will relocate you to another one of her properties, she sends you pictures of a property that looks in good condition and we accept why he would give us 500dlls back when we check in. Our flight arrived early in Los Ángeles and we wanted to see the location of the property and, Oh surprise ! Since going there was nothing compared to the pictures, it was as if a hurricane has hit and left it in a disrepair, with trash, overgrown grass and crackeds. He also told us that there was a garage and of course it was not true., it was an alley with homeless people. We went to the property that was our first choice and discovered that there were other guest on our same dates. Of course when we refused to ckeck in and that horrible property, she did not return the promised refund. We found out that they over-rent the property. At this time we are not even interested in reimbursement, we just want other guest to know that if they offered another property instead of this one, do not accept and report.

This property was just as the pictures showed! So spacious and suitable for our group! Ella was a great host, communicative, attentive, and provided an overall amazing experience! Would def stay in one of her homes again.

Such a beautiful house, very clean, lots of space!! Super super cute backyard that feels safe and calm especially with some nice California weather! Would definitely Recommend and would stay here again! The owner is super sweet and very easy to contact! Thanks again!

WE WERE PLEASED OVERALL, BEAUTIFUL HOME IN THE CITY I WAS RAISED IN. OUR ONLY DISLIKES WERE NO SCREENS ON THE WINDOWS AND THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS ON ALOT OF SURFACES AND THE LINENS. BUT IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY AND WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!! THANK YOU!!
