The room was decent. The beds were comfortable. The location was good. Good for a base while exploring local landmarks. Eg. The Dam and the Pagoda, in Hoa Binh. The hotel ran the local taxis for us, as there is no Grab service.
I think the hotel caters more for Vietnamese who are either stopping on the way to another destination or having a weekend away. Which leads to the breakfast which caters was more national than international. It was not a large range.
