The property itself is good, location is not her best but when you book and hotel there to get a better price the you know what to expect. It’s clean and comfortable. The major issue with this place is the staff, as I would say its management. Run away from the “restaurant” It’s not really a restaurant, only a few small table in a cold atmosphere and be ready to wait 1 hour for your food. They won’t refill your drinks because there is no service, they won’t come back to ask if you need something or if food is ok, but obviously they are waiting for a good tip…I have them a great tip for the services I have received meaning $1. At some point I called “the waitress” and asked “do you think we’ll get our food soon because it’s been 50minutes…” her answer was “I know” —> 10min later food started to arrive, plate by plate, I have mine when my mom was done eating. POOR SERVICE fromA to Z!! Worst : we check in on a Saturday. Front desk told us “breakfast is from 6:00am to 10:00am” when we arrived on Sunday morning at 9:25 they were out of OJ, out of Bread ??!! There is no yogurt , no waffles, no pancakes, dish were 95% empty, we get a chance to get a little bit of cold omelette with no cheese, no meat, no gravy …but 2 apples were still in 1 box. Many customers were angry… BUT better on the next day (Monday) we arrive by 9:15am NOTHING, they removed water and apple juice below our eyes, no fruits, NOTHING. Then I asked “what’s going on ?” Breakfast is until 9:00am ??!! What ???? Yes sir it’s until 10:00am on the week end ONLY. THANK YOU For not telling your customers!!! Finally we’ve been announced they would have to turn the water OFF in the entire building on the day we were checking out. It was announced to be turned off at 10:30am. Obviously, as the professional they are, we had no water left at 10:00am. We will NEVER stay again on this place and hope people will do the same

The location. This is why we book this hotel every time we visit the area. Close to NYC and American Dream Mall.

We have been staying her for a few years and never have we had to pay such a high rate. We also had to pay to park on property now in addition to the higher rate. The worst part of all is the rude staff that we had to deal with all weekend. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We ordered food and was never called to pick it up. It sat there cold over $100 in food. We get cold food to room and we received 5 mozzarella sticks instead of 6 and no sauce. We didn’t receive our order of fries and no ketchup. The meat on the sandwich was full of fat. I can go on and on.

Breakfast was OK for my husband and I but limited for our son with food allergies as we couldn’t read labels on any of the items. We tried to give him a bagel but found some mold on it. We thought we’d be able to walk to town or other restaurants but it was too far and had to drive as location of hotel is right off the highway

The rooms were spacious, up to date, and comfortable. I like that they had blackout curtains. The buffet breakfast was great. The hotel was pretty full the weekend we were there and the staff did a great job keeping the buffet stocked. The hotel restaurant The Placery had good food (we had 2 meals there) and was reasonably priced. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional.

The location isn’t great if you’re planning to go into NYC. You literally can’t walk anywhere. You have to drive to park near the George Washington Bridge to be able to walk into the city. Navigation to and out of the hotel is tricky.

It was located near where we needed to go. It was very clean, the food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable!

It is right off a very busy highway- almost missed the entrance. Traffic during commuting hours is horrible.

The breakfast was ok-not as good as Hilton at the price point. The facility was new and clean. Easy access to upper west side Nyc.

Barely any hot water two of 3 nights and didn’t fix it. Room cleaning did not leave towels, coffee, soap, or replace shower soap. Bed was made, but pillows not placed. Ridiculously poor room cleaning service not doing basics.
