Location was excellent, few minutes to get to the venue we need. Near to SM, churches, & food stalls/ restaurants are everywhere
Need to install some amenities: a room foyer so noise from inside & out will not be heard, door viewer, need bidet spray, add'l clothes cabinet, phone/ telecom, disposable slippers, & adjust shower glass enclosure for leg room. Also, update location map for easy search of the property

Pros- The room size is decent enough and very clean! Good location near the malls. New rooms.
Cons- The shower is so weak, No videt but thet have pail and dipper, tv not working during mg 3 days stay, no free water bottle though they have water dispenser at the lobby, no safe, no fridge, no hair dryer, the curtains is not black out, slidding window has no grills, no double lock on the door, no option for breakfast though restuarants around are accessible, no elevator rooms are located on the 3rd floor. Loud noise from the lobby starts at 6am.
