About this house rental
Located just steps away from beautiful downtown Sweetwater Tn. this 1882 gorgeous original carriage house has charm and history. In 1908 it became a the public library for almost sixty years and then became a beautiful home. Located close to hwy 75 Downtown Sweetwater has lots of Antique shops, boutiques, and great restaurants. Our home has been completely updated with all the amenities you would wish for. Close to Knoxville and Chattanoga with so much to do in East Tennessee..

The Carriage House is such a beautiful property, and it is filled with lovely antique furniture. The beds are comfortable, as are the couch and loveseat. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked, and it’s so nice that the dining room table is in the same long room, making it easy to visit while preparing food. The house is much more spacious than we expected. It’s a very close walk to downtown Sweetwater. Jaime was very responsive and so pleasant. She provided k-cups of coffee, as well as several kitchen staples. There is an uncovered back deck and a screened-in room off the carport. My friends and I had the best visit here. We would definitely stay again! :)
