Water coming through ceiling light fixture,had to move to another room, towel rack coming off bathroom wall, shower curtain ripping, had to ask goor towels, only gave 1 face wash rags for 2 people.last day we didn’t have any hot water. The breakfast buffet was cold had to keep asking for more food to be brought out. Worst VRBO experience I have ever had for the price

quick check in then the gal tells me I have 2 reservations. Wrong. I reached out by e-mail to the folks I rented the room from, no phone number. I received an email stating I had booked two rooms, now I will have to file a fraud alert against VRBO,

Room was clean and nice. The rest of the hotel was less desirable. Key cards do not work well, we had to get them redone at the front desk, then still didn't work very well...other guests were also having the same issue. Staff was very friendly. Using the VRBO website to book the room was actually about $40-$50 more than paying at the hotel.
