Staff was very friendly. Clean rooms - the room was cleaned every day. I used to get mineral water in my room every day.

Breakfast was not included in the price. The tourist tax was paid additionally. The room can be a bit noisy. But I had quiet neighbors all the time.

Good location for non-touristic purposes (at least in my case). Easy to get to the hotel from the main train station. A few minutes' walk from S-Bahn station. Smooth self-check-in. Very nice staff, very good breakfast. The room is clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The only thing is a quite slippery floor in the shower. You have to be careful not to slip and fall down. Don't know if there's something to fix that, however, it was a bit unsafe for me. Other than that everything was great.

Everything was ok, except elevator and wifi. Very nice stuff and keybox for late arrivals.

Carrying luggage to the second floor without an elevator (locked). There were no working wifi in the room.

The staff is very kind and supportive.

It‘s not the most beautiful hotel but I didn’t book for the view.

Most noticeable no staff and guests present. Is understandable now this time.

I was satisfied with location, facility. Since the Corona time is so difficult that hardly anyone on location is well organized. Is worth for next time
