The apartment was a perfect base to explore Porto. Really handy having a small kitchen area, separate bedroom, and balcony to enjoy the late afternoon sun! The staff were very friendly, it was spotlessly clean, and the pool area was a real bonus!
The hotel is slightly out of town, but it’s only around 10mins to the centre and we didn’t hear a noise on a night. There’s also a supermarket round the corner so that’s handy for stocking up on drinks and snacks.

Very nice apartments, spacious and well equipped, nice pool and outdoor area
The hot tub and pool wasn’t always so clean. The area around the apartment was a little run down.

Loved the interior, lovely vibe and spacious with lots of storage. The location was good and could walk to everywhere we wanted to go.
The staff were unhelpful and un- accommodating , for example they wanted to clean our room at 5pm on the 2nd day in to our stay. We were told we had to vacate the room, but because we were getting ready for a meal out we couldn’t leave at that time. This resulted in the room not getting cleaned for our whole stay, they said there was not another time they could do it. None of the receptionist said good morning or hello when you came in and out of the property. They didn’t make us aware there was restricted times that the pool area was open and we got told off for using the sun loungers too early. (Again this wasn’t handled in a friendly way) we saw other guests throughout our stay use the pool out of hours.
