LEGALLY LICENSED VACATION RENTAL Location, location, location! This lovely duplex home is perfectly situated on a beautiful white sandy beach and at the end of a quit cull de sac. You will find all the space and privacy that one needs to enjoy a nice peaceful holiday. Historic Haleiwa Town rests in the heart of the north shore with Haleiwa being a 3 minute drive away and all the beautiful surf/swim beaches if not in front of the house then a mere 5 - 15 minute drive away (30 minute drive to the airport) . Haleiwa is a blend of cafés, art galleries, boutiques, and shops with remnants of the old Hawaiian days. The spacious open living, kitchen and dining area will make you feel right at home. Barbecue and relax on the lanai with spectacular sunsets on the water. Enjoy the sweet sounds of the ocean from anywhere in the house. The house was remodeled inside/out in 2020 with all new furniture. . Air-conditioning throughout the house including both bedrooms. Spare furniture. Need more lights and chairs . Tiny bedrooms andressers/closets. Weird non access to neighboring park.

We enjoyed our stay at the beach front house - it literally is right on the beach and you can hear the waves breaking. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun sitting on the deck and watching the surf. Only suggestion to owners - the two bedrooms are small/old closets and pillows not comfortable, also bathroom could do with some shelves/cabinet - wouldn't normally comment on this, but this is a high priced rental, so would expect a little more luxury (as has been done with the kitchen).

Great place in quiet neighborhood. Surf/beach right off the lanai. Clean and everything we needed to enjoy a beautiful week in Northshore Oahu.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! My father who has mobility issues was able to enjoy the beach and ocean because it was so close! I loved waking up every morning to the ocean waves, surfers and sea tutrles. We were able to snorkel just steps from the house and see colorful fish, coral, etc. I loved the neighborhood feel and the town is very close for shopping and getting dinner. After staying in Waikiki for one day we were nervous about our Hawaiian vacation, however this house made our vacation perfect! Thank you for allowing us to see and hopefully we can return some day!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful location. The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep every night and we enjoyed watching the turtles eat and play every morning. This place is exceptional if you love the beach, love to play in the ocean and love the sun. The unit is clean, perfectly appointed and comfortable. I am already planning next year's trip!

My wife and I loved staying here! You can't beat the beach access! The house seems recently remodeled and has everything you need. Short drive to shops, grocery, and restaurants. We tried the recommended places to eat and they were all great! If I try to find something to be critical of, it would be there were a few cobwebs around but really not a big deal. Overall it felt very clean. I also noticed most of the smoke detectors were missing, but there was one so I guess that's sufficient. This place is amazing and the host was great as well. It is a better value than booking beach access at a resort for sure. Plus you get the privacy and a fully equipped kitchen. Stop looking and book this one!

Great location for taking in all the fun of the North Shore. Easy access to shopping, surfing and great food. You can’t beat the views from this property. Just amazing.

Beautiful, beachfront stay! We loved every moment of our stay here. Communication was quick and easy. Home was clean, modern, and very comfortable! View from the living room, dining room, and kitchen is stunning. Walk out the back doors and you’re only a few steps from the beach. We saw turtles, beautiful sun rises and rainbows from the back porch. Lots of shopping and places to eat in town, as well as a grocery store and pharmacy (five min drive). The marina is also a 5 min drive from the home.

Needed more cutlery so we did not have to run the dishwasher so frequently. Otherwise, it was a very restful stay and loved the location. The outside light was fantastic for photos and the beach was fairly quiet. We only saw people in the early morning or late evening. Didn’t see any bugs on our end except for a few flies - may be because we kept the windows and door mainly closed except at dinner ;)

The highlight for my family was the close proximity to the beach, just down the staircase from the back deck. Enjoyed snorkeling with turtles directly from the shore, watching the sunset, and simply taking in the view.

This house was absolutely beautiful, you are truly just steps away from the ocean ! Just to be able to listen to the water and see the beauty makes this place an absolute dream. The listing pictures don’t do this place justice !

We rented both the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom sides of the house for a portion of our trip as we had family members joining us. It was great to have all that space and the connecting door to the deck made it easy to go back and forth. We especially appreciated the large dining room table so we could seat our entire group. The recent updates have made the space even more comfortable and inviting. We loved the beautiful views from the deck and the easy beach access. Monti is a great host providing all needed information in a timely fashion and quick responses to any questions. We are looking forward to another trip to this delightful spot soon.

This was a great place to stay, right on the beach with turtles swimming in the surf right out front and walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Great property in a perfect location. We had 2 couples are were very comfortable. There is only one parking spot and although there may be spots on the street there were none when we were there. Could use a couple chairs in the living room as there is just a couch. We will rent again.

We rented both sides of the duplex for three generations of our family. The beach house is lovely and the location is awesome. We saw a whale in the distance from the kitchen table, and turtles just a little way down the beach. Can walk to the main part of town. Quiet spot with just the sound of the waves. Perfect for our family.

You honestly can’t beat the location. At the end of a friendly neighborhood- On the beach. Waking up to the rolling waves and a sunny beach right off the back porch, it is exactly what you look for in a Hawaiian vacation. Will stay here again.

The location of this property was perfect for us. Upscale appliances, modern kitchen & bath. We were very happy when we stepped into this slice of paradise on the beach. There is an area a short walk down the beach to see sea turtles (in addition to seeing a few from the dining room table). You are able to swim very close to the property & beach toys are included. Samuel, the host, was very responsive, so should you need anything, you can count on him to help you out. There are plenty of things to do close by & the drive to Honolulu is not bad & definitely worth being able to come back here to spend your nights. I would definitely come back & would recommend.

Everything was great about the place. The only thing to be aware is there are cockroaches. This is common in Hawaii. Nice place though

The sounds of the ocean welcomed us each time we ventured onto the lovely deck. The sand/beach is literally up to the ocean wall. We couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach and ocean. You could not have been closer.
The dark night sky was perfect for photographing the stars. And the lava rock border at the state park only steps away was a real treat to see.
The home was beautifully appointed and Samuel was responsive to our needs.

Amazing option for a stay on the North Shore. Everything Haleiwa has to offer is incredibly close. Beautiful beach just out the back door and all of the other North Shore beaches are a short drive away. Great for a stay with family!

The property itself is beautiful. The photos don’t do it justice. Between when I booked and my stay, the property owner added air conditioning in the main living area and the second bedroom. It was nice to have when it started raining one night. Otherwise, we just kept all the windows and sliding doors open. The beds are super comfy and the rainfall shower was awesome. If you love to cook, the kitchen is pretty awesome, too. It has the basics when it comes to seasonings but plenty of utensils, etc. Having lived in a tropical environment before, I knew to bag up any open food items, wipe up any crumbs, etc. But, even then, we had a few unwanted guests. The owner was very responsive to our concerns and said he would have it taken care of. All in all, it didn’t ruin our fun or enjoyment of the house or of the area. People were very friendly and we were so close to the town of Haleiwa, where lots of great food and shops are located. It was a great spot for our family to relax and recuperate after having completed a marathon. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don't do the place justice. It's been recently updated and the views are spectacular. I stayed in November of 2022 with my wife and 4 year old son. Daily walks on the beach right off the deck, unrivaled privacy and amazing views. Daily turtle sightings kept my son captivated and easy swimming spots right nearby (within walking distance on the same beach) were heaven.
The owners are responsive to any questions and the neighborhood was very quiet and private.
Please don't hesitate to stay here - a beautiful option for anyone.

There is nothing like coming home for a visit and staying at a great location with everything you could need and a lovely house on the beach. Thank you for sharing your house with us. It was perfect, close to town, easy drive to all the beaches you could want, and a great view when you wanted to relax.

Easy rental experience from start to finish. There is more than enough space for our family of four and beach toys were included. The beach area was perfect for snorkeling with abundance of fish and sea turtles feeding. The house is just down the beach from great surfing in which a contestant was held while we were there. The proximity to town made it easy and convenient to make trips for shopping and wonderful dining.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The house is perfect for a small family or set of couples. The town of Haleiwa was just a short drive away with plenty of shopping and dining. But the best part is the secluded beach.
We enjoyed watching from our deck as locals walked their dogs up and down the beach. It was clear that this stretch of beach was mainly occupied by year round residents which added to the appeal of staying here. We were visited by sea turtles several morning which grazed on sea grasses near the shoreline. This our 5th time staying on the North Shore and this was easily one of favorite stays. We would stay here again in heart beat.

House was newly renovated, very comfortable, kitchen was great and A/C throughout the house, although we left the windows open most nights to hear the waves. Nice beach, unfortunately very windy the time we were there.

I just wish it had been possible to swim from the beach out front, but the sounds of the waves all day and night was incredible.

This house was perfect for our visit to the north shore. Great views from the house and a short drive to downtown. We will definitely be back.
