Comfortable stay in a quiet location around 15 minutes outside Porto on the metro. Beds were very comfortable and room had brilliant air conditioning, towel heater, safe, fridge, coffee machine, and tv. All appliances worked great. Lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful. Rainfall shower and modern bathroom and bedroom. Tinted windows so that people passing our room couldn’t see in which was a lovely touch. Amazing value for money especially in Porto summers.
Part of shower was missing so that smaller head could not be held in place, this was reported, however rainfall shower did the job for what we needed. Room in the basement smelled a little bit musty however this faded by opening windows.

This is a charming and cosy hotel with friendly staff. The room had everything we needed. The mattress was wonderfully soft. The breakfast was excellent and almost too generous.
The entrance to the parking lot is very narrow - I recommend pulling over from the opposite lane, at a strict right angle, folding down the rearview mirrors.

Amazing staff—so friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond, helping with our luggage, providing a table in our room so we could work, and even printing a few pages we needed. We truly appreciated their kindness. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Porto!

Location was convenient, staff was nice.
They conveniently don't add "residencial" to their name, saying they're a "hotel" when they're very much a "residencial" charging hotel prices. The room was small, and the amenities were basically none. Very disappointed with it.
