The staff was just absolutely amazing willing to help with anything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
The pool was so relaxing specially on hot days.
I loved our room kinda outdated but it worked.
Bed was comfortable and had everything we needed.
The WiFi is spotty and no cable connection for the tv other than that we enjoyed our time here.

Soft and clean bed with great quality cotton bed sheets and good pillows. Quality mattress topper and slept like a king. Strong hot shower and clean basic bathroom. Crisp air con in room, so cold. Pool was okay and pleasant to swim in. Staff were pleasant and good people. Easy central location close to everything, park, market, restaurants etc. Hotel is the best choice by far in town, you will have a good shower, sleep in a clean secure location with lovely staff, but expect everything to feel just a little tired.
Strange policy of tiny toiletries pack handed at check in. And I mean tiny bar of soap, small sachet of shampoo and toothpaste. Bought my own from local chemist to solve after realising staff were restricted by hotels policy and unable to help. Room did have a fridge but it had not worked for some time. Booking.com advertised kettle, fridge, slipper, robes, restaurant, bar etc but unfortunately this was not the case, though technically we did have a fridge in the room. Reception said they would edit the listing to correct. Venue felt overpriced but ultimately I would return as nothing else of this “Manila” standard in town.
