We were going to be early then we ended up being late, and the person who helped us at the reception was great and was very accommodating on us being late. She showed us around the place and it was lovely. parking is in the back of the hotel, and is very secured. Breakfast is prepared on site and is very delicious a great selection of options. the layout of the room is great. Our only complaint was the AirCon fan in the bedroom blows right on you while in bed. BUT the living area has its own AirCon so that was great. Overall this place was our favorite during our whole Portugal trip. Would definitely stay here again.
As mentioned before the AirCon in the Bedrooms blows on you while you are sleeping in bed.

This is a great place to stay for visitors to Porto. The outside is nondescript, and looks like most post-modernist concrete apartments one finds throughout Europe. But once you're inside, you find a modern, bright and clean hotel/apartment. Managed by the ever gracious Vitoria, there is an elevator/lift so you don't have to carry your luggage up numerous flights of stairs. There's a keypad with a code to open the door to your apartment, but there's also a metal key to the front door of the building.
Inside our room we had a very comfortable queen bed, built-in closet with digital safe, television, floor to ceiling glass doors that open to the street below. These are double paned and very quiet. Good AC. There is a living room with couch, another television, and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and range: All you need to make a quick breakfast if your tour begins before the coffee shops are open in the morning. Of course, there's also the awful Nespresso-type coffee makers popular in European hotels that sound like they're grounding the coffee before brewing it.
In the rear, there is an above ground patio with outdoor couches over the car park. And in the back is also the entrance to the breakfast room, which has a chef who cooks your eggs the way you like them, if you don't want the premade eggs. However, the lady's English is negligible so have your translation app ready.
So the building may not be much to look at from the outside but just as in a real estate, this hotel/apartment is worth staying at due to its location, location, location. You are about two blocks from Guedes Square, which is surrounded by various restaurants. The Porto São Bento train station, with its hand-painted ceramic tiles (and a secure money changing booth), is a short 15-minute walk.
8 am breakfast. The food is excellent. But an earlier breakfast would help when one has a scheduled tour in the morning. But this is a minor issue.

An excellent apartment, which exceeded our expectations The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming
The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and felt very homely.
Use of communal washing machine is very useful if you are travelling or staying for a longer period.
Welcome bottle of wine was delicious . We would definitely stay again if we returned to Porto.
Would suggest a drying rack to dry the towels

Beautiful property - very central, exceptionally clean & well equipped ; staff couldn’t do enough for you & to make you feel welcome & breakfast was absolutely delicious each morning. Couldn’t rate the property highly enough !
