Beautiful modern motel with incredible views.

Hue was so helpful very stressful family situation. Arranged everything for us, including Ha Long Bay Cruise on Sea octopus with all transfers and Taxi. She made sure that the next day Ma Phoung all of the information. The driver was there early to get us to the cruise. It was amazing great service And then the next day,Ms Phoung had to track down a relative of hers to get me a very difficult teatime because the phone was disconnected at the golf course. Literally this was at like 8 o’clock at night and she got it done and I had a wonderful round of golf. This is such a well run Hotel. It is absolutely beautiful and spotless and clean. The pool in the gym are great. The food was wonderful. What a great day! If I could give more stars, I would.

Everything, it was a beautiful very big, large clean comfy rooms , great room service , good views, fantastic pool, a great gym & bar if you need , cafe & gift shop , staff were very helpful, helping find address in Vietnamese that we couldn't locate, great value for money, big breakfast choices . Nice clean area, shops & market near by in walking distance
Only a couple of things , reserve a table for breakfast because can be very busy , & there was only 2 of us, & was hard to finda table , even though a very large dinning room. There was some sort of music event happening close by , &even though not near us was very loud on the 14th floor. , different than the 2 beach resorts further up the beach ⛱️
