Incredible penthouse views, very spacious, fantastic and super friendly communication.
Massive one bedroom apartment, with additional bed if required in a separate room shared with the kitchenette. Separate toilet/powder room off main living area functions as a sort of ensuite (no shower) without having to disturb anyone sleeping in the additional bed in the kitchenette, although to shower, you need to walk through to access the bathroom/laundry.
Combined laundry and bathroom are accessible from common landing by other occupants, and laundry facilities are shared.

Stayed here for our US visa appointment. This was quiet a find, very beautiful penthouse. The host was super friendly and helpful and has an amazing place.
Well connected, quiet and near a nice street with pubs and restaurants at a stone throws distance.

Everything! Thomas was a fantastic friendly host.
The apartment is beautiful and in a fantastic location
only a 5 min walk to the nearest subway that takes
you to the town centre. There are also plenty of bars
and shops close to the apartment. The apartment
is spacious, clean with amazing panoramic views
of Frankfurt. If we get the opportunity to visit
Frankfurt again we will 100% be staying here.

What a nice panoramic view that I could enjoy from the top floor of the apartment!

It was a lovely time at this penthouse. A very clean atmosphere and spacious place. The owner is very friendly and also helped us with any questions we had.

Big, stylish, penthouse apartment with amazing 270 degree views around Frankfurt. Some nice cafes and bars right outside and 10 min walk to the local subway to get into the inner city. The apartment itself is luxurious with nice fixtures, furniture and the WIFI / TV all worked great. You'll love it!
While there is a private toilet inside the apartment, the shower is on a shared landing. There are 3 doors, the front door to your apartment, the front door to the owner apartment, and the door to the full bath with shower room. Wasn't a big deal for me.

We spent 2days here for a visa appointment. We were late to arrive around 10 am but he was really kind to my all messages and welcoming. everything was sweet for this short trip. the view was amazing and it was a little sad to miss the time for a sunset view :)

Location and the views; the photos don't do justice.
Loads or really good restaurants with plenty of choice and didn't think they wer too expensive.
On-site parking was a huge bonus.
Very peaceful and great for working. The dining table came in very useful for this.
Excellent blinds for the evening/night as you really can see a lot of other homes from the penthouse. It was nice to sit with the lights out and blinds up in the evening, the views take on a different perspective.

Err, the wardrobe is a bit disjointed and there was an iron and table available; I never iron anything!!!! [Not that this is a negative].
The lift does not go right to the apartment so bear that in mind if 1 flight of steps is a problem.
