It was nice of an employee named "Lan Dang," who helped me with the reservation, to respond kindly and quickly even when asked several times a day.
However, the room cleaning condition and supplies were disappointing. The response of room service and others was very insufficient and slow during the stay. There are many dangerous places for children because there are not enough amenities around and most of them are still under construction. The main pool is not big and water quality management seems to be poor.
