The host was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. I had just ridden down from Kon Tum in the rain, soaked through, and this place was exactly what I needed good rest. A true lifesaver for a backpacker. Thank you for giving me a peaceful night after a tough ride.

Khu vực nằm trong khu ẩm thực về đêm nên thuận lợi ăn uống, có điều buổi tối hàng quán bắt bàn ghế ra đường nên xe cộ không đi được, phải đợi tầm tối một chút khi vắng khách mới dẫn xe vào được. Homestay có bạn những đặc sản Quy Nhơn cho ai muốn mua về làm quà.
Mình đặt chỗ này do có màn che giường ngủ, nhưng khi mình nhận phòng thì giường mình lại không có màn che, hơi bất tiện vì thiếu sự riêng tư trong trường hợp mình có nhiều đồ đạc. Nhà vệ sinh mình cảm thấy chưa được chăm chút cho lắm, như kiểu không được vệ sinh mỗi ngày, còn tóc và bồn rửa mặt còn sót lại khách cạo râu

The staff were friendly and supportive, and the bed and dorm room were clean and well-maintained.
The homestay is located in a very crowded area with street food vendors, and the surroundings were not very clean, which made me feel uncomfortable.
The internet was extremely poor and unstable, making it hard for me to work. A roommate said this had been a long-standing issue, and the owner hadn’t addressed previous complaints. When I mentioned it to a staff member, he said it would be fixed the next day, but I wasn't convinced.
