Enjoy your "DRIVE-CATION" in Bethel Maine. See everything Maine and the White Mountains have to offer. Great hikes await at all three Notches (Evans Notch 16 miles, Grafton Notch 21 miles and Pinkham Notch 30 miles). Plenty of trails for those looking to mountain bike (beginner to advanced). Check out Mt. Abram's new mountain bike park. Visit the local watering holes for swimming. Kayak or canoe the the Androscoggin River. We welcome family gatherings. Enjoy the great outdoors but return in the evening to all the comforts of home. Ask about discounts for extended stays. This is a non-smoking property. The Chalet has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. It will comfortably sleep up to 10-12people. Two family rooms allow plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy the surround sound, and quick access to your Netflix account. Take in the magnificent views of the mountains from the deck. After a long day of activities, come back and relax in the hot tub or gather around the fire pit. The kitchen is well equipped and included in your rental are towels and linen. Laundry faculties are also available on site. Additional fee if there is a late check out. Pet Friendly: We welcome well-trained, friendly dogs and have plenty of room for them to run off leash. A pet fee of $75 per stay is required,Additional fee may apply for multiple dogs.

Our family stayed at the house for a snowboarding trip. We loved the private location surrounded by woods but only a short drive to the town of Bethel or Sunday River. The house was very clean and spacious with a large open kitchen and living area where we could all hang out together after a day on the slopes. Jose, the property manager is great! Very accommodating and easy to get a hold of.

This was our second time at the house with family for Thanksgiving. The house is wonderful and location is great for us as we're close to family that live in Bethel. We enjoyed games at the dining room table and long walks. Looking forward to next year!

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Beautiful lot, beautiful interior, very clean, and the beds were all very comfortable. Every bathroom was clean and easily accessible from every floor of the home. Will definitely be back!

My friends and I stayed here for a week for our senior trip. The house was perfect for what we were looking for. The front deck with grill was great for the summer nights. The hot tub and fire pit were great for hanging out. Everything we could of asked for in a rental.

The house was perfect for our two families skiing at nearby Sunday River. All of the appliances were good quality and worked well. Beds were comfortable & we had more than we needed for the group. House is 20 mins away from Sunday River and is lit up with stars at night. Host had great check in & local info & even left us a bottle of wine 😊Hot tub was great for post ski relaxing. Perfect house for our trip!

We just left this beautiful home that we enjoyed for the past few days while we were in the area to ski Sunday River. The property was clean and kitchen well stocked in terms of pots, pans, dishware and glasses. The layout is great for families and friends. Our girls loved the bunk beds which were sturdier than some I’ve met in rentals. We loved the rain shower in the primary, though apparently water pressure is a challenge in the other bathrooms. Because of weather we were only able to use the hot tub twice but would have been in every day of it weren’t for the frigid temps. We did lose power in a wind storm with far sub zero temps, but the owner was responsive and did everything they could to help, even sending someone to the house to problem solve a generator. Ultimately power was restored and we continued to enjoy our stay. The privacy of this home worn close proximity to Sunday River can’t be beat. We would love to return someday.

This home is beautiful, comfortable and easy to get to. Very peaceful area with beautiful views of the mountains. The star-lit nights were amazing as viewed from the beautiful large deck or screened-in porch. I have never stayed in a rental with such a well stocked kitchen which was perfect for making family meals after a full day of skiing at Sunday River. The owner was very prompt at responding when we reached out. We would surely stay at this property again. It was a perfect vacation.

First and foremost, we would a absolutely stay here again. Beautiful spot, very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, great views. Would def recommend. But a few things we think should be spelled out more clearly in listing. 1) The house is 20 minutes from Sunday River ski area. 2) on a winter stay, a four wheel drive car is necessary to get up driveway. Was very icy and we only received a small amount of sand dropped on the driveway the first night. My 18yo son took a BIG spill we were grateful didn’t hurt his activity for the rest of the weekend. 3) listing mentions cable tv and Netflix. Important to note it does not include ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox. So keep this in mind if looking to watch any football games, local news, etc. 4) Decor includes a number of Christian items like crosses, references to prayers, etc. Some visitors may not appreciate.
Again, a great stay and we would recommend! But there are property “quirks” that renters should be aware of.

Family ski vacation to Sunday River ski resort… only 15 minutes away! Kids had a blast in the hot tub after a day of skiing, and the beds (especially the one in the master bedroom) were AMAZING!… and the Pillow!… I need to get one! Best bed I’ve ever slept in! Thanks!

Depending on what one is looking for, it is a nice, quiet place, far away enough from town, but not too far away so that it is horribly inconvenient. Perspective to get away from it all and relax.

I was here for my sons wedding. Originally, my brother & wife were staying 2 nights and the rest of the week I was going to be there myself - unfortunately, they could not come - so two of the groomsmen came to stay with me! They enjoyed the property very much and kept me in good company. We enjoyed a wonderful rehearsal dinner. & family & friends stopped on there way to the resort. Everyone remarked how beautiful the property was. For this visit, I was farther away than expected and people came by to help with wedding plans & check in on me, do the property got a lot of exposure for future visits.
I would suggest only two things, letting renters know it is 18 minutes to the Jordan hotel and that the faucets and showers be adjusted to reflect the proper temperature. Everything else was perfect! Lovely home with a fabulous view, jacuzzi & a fire pit . Fall is a wonderful time to visit and this home has everything you need . 5 stars for sure . I have stayed in timeshares all over the country & will use Vrbo in the future because of this home. Thank you- your attention to detail is very much appreciated- we left a few consumables for the next group because I had brought them thinking they would not be available.

We had a fun week and enjoyed the Mountain views from this beautiful property. The house was clean and the kitchen had all the dishes and cooking pans we needed. The description on the VRBO site described it as having two king beds but had one king and one queen. Disappointing at first but we adjusted just fine. It has AC but the lower level/bedroom does not and the fans offered no comfort at night. Jose is a very nice host who responds quickly and always kind.

Perfect Cabin!
We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful cabin! It was even better than we expected. Great location convenient to town but felt very private and you could see no neighbors. The hot tub is great and kitchen very well equipped for the meal we had. Our group all loved staying in this beautiful home. Thank you!

A great family, mountain home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our long, July 4th weekend here! The view is absolutely amazing and the house had more than enough room for our family and pups. It has all of the amenities that you would need, and the fire pit and jacuzzi were an added plus.

The hot tub was a wonderful treat even on the coldest of days (one day we had a high of 1*)! Jose was incredibly responsive to our questions and small concerns. The only recommendation I would make is to add a reading lamp in the area by the fireplace.

The house was clean and very nice. It was hard to find though, GPS took everyone to the wrong location, so do your homework before hitting the road.

Beautiful Relaxing Vacation
We stayed at this amazing property last week. It had everything we were looking for, pet friendly, decorated beautifully, spectacular views and a hot tub. We cooked a meal or two in the spacious kitchen, it had everything we needed. I also LOVED relaxing on the comfortable sofa with a book in front of the fireplace. It's a large property but at the same time very cozy, I loved the number of blankets available to us to snuggle in. The hot tub became a nightly ritual and it was spotlessly clean. It sat far enough from the main road that it felt nicely isolated from the real world. My daughter and husband skied at nearby Sunday River and had a blast. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful home!

Nice and cozy
The house was nice and cozy . When we got there the house was warm which I loved for my kids . They provided sledding which we used . Hot tub was nice to use .Jose responding was quick and fast which I loved as well . The only thing is there is a lot of dust on top of the fan that you can see when you lay down on the bed. Overall I will recommend to rent this house again .

OMG! This house will be one of the house that I will go back to if I have a chance. The house is beautiful and clean. Perfect for our annual ski trip - specially the mud room that the house provided as it's super convenient. There are also plenty of amenities that the house provided during the stay.
Moreover, the owner is super responsive and follow up on every concerned that I have during the stay.

Rented this house for our family’s annual ski trip to Sunday River. Very comfortable for all 9 of us ( and 2 dogs). It is like “brand new” kitchen had all utensils we needed to cook for our family. Would have like to stayed longer if we could of :)

Classic Ski House
My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property. Jose was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and stay. Less than 15 minutes from Sunday River was the highlight for us!

COVID-Christmas
This Christmas get away was just what my family needed. The house is perfect. Super clean and has just about everything you could possibly need. Only regret was that we didn’t get to explore the quaint town of Bethel or take advantage of the skiing. We will definitely go back.
