While the location of this property was excellent, the condition of the house was poor for a VRBO property. The house was poorly maintained with paint flaking off of baseboards, spots and stains and small holes in doors, dirty rings around light switches from a lot of dirty hands and no cleaning, mismatched touch-up paint, etc. The cabinets were beat up / chipped, the counters were cheap contact-paper surfaces made to look like marble (which was also pretty beat up in places). The bedroom ceiling fans all had multiple lights, but most rooms had one or two of the light bulbs burned out. Walls were beat up and ding'd and stained in places, with corners chipped and beat up. The unit came with two prominent fly swatters by the dining room window...and with flies as well. Baseboards were dirty, the bottom of one bathroom door was torn up. Overall this property was just not maintained to normal VRBO standards and the ratings did not seem to reflect this at all.

Location was great convenient to everything the park across the street with the walking trail,It was very nice. The food truck park was convenient and useful. The house was clean and had everything needed. Look forward to staying again.
