The property is very, very convenient to AT&T stadium and Globe Life park. We attended Rally Day on Saturday and the Dallas Cowboys game on Sunday night. It was a very easy and safe three block walk. The property is in a nice residential area and surprisingly quiet for the amount of retail establishments surrounding the area. Communication with the owner was superb as he always responded very quickly.

Check in was smooth and communication from owner was good. He was flexible with us to extend (for a small fee) our stay for a late check out to accommodate a napping baby. Property is located very close to the action of the stadium, however we were visiting family who lives near. Bathroom situation is rather odd… one “Jack and Jill” shower with toilets on each side — one in the master and one with hallway access. It made for 5 adults showering to be a bit complicated, but we made it work. When we went to use the shower the first day, we found the shower floor to be completely covered in mud. Maybe the cleaners forgot to rinse it after dumping cleaning water??? We had issues with the toilets backing up, however the owner was quick to come and “snake” the sewer line outside. Overall it was a fantastic location for our needs and the property “hiccups” were minor.

This rental is in a premium location with access to both the Cowboys and Rangers stadiums as well as Six Flags. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for visit to AT&T Stadium. Walkable to venue. House was as listed. Comfortable bedrooms and good space for 5 adults. Nice big kitchen and bar for gathering. Worked well for our weekend trip. Mitchell was very responsive to any questions and it was great to be able to check in early. It was over 100 degrees during our stay and we were comfortable in the house. Thanks Mitchell!

We stayed from Friday night until Sunday morning, perfect house for seven girls to unwind and relax and have fun. The outside area was great to hangout in, the couch was comfy, the beds were too. Nice bathrooms and big shower, plenty of parking also which was a big plus for us. The seller was easy to reach and provided all info we needed for our stay, thanks, again!

We loved our stay here. Mitchell was very timely with his responses to our questions and the home was very clean. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to AT&T Stadium and I felt very safe. The street was quiet too even with a big event going on nearby. We would stay again!

We had the best time in Arlington!! The property was spotless, well-equipped and the communication was great!! There is a gorgeous patio in the back. 3 nice bedrooms and a bath that had 2 toilets. If I had a question the answer was a couple of minutes away!! it is literally 2 blocks away from AT & T Stadium and Texas Live. Cute eclectic restaurants are close by!! We had a ball. Do not hesitate to rent this property!

This house was perfect! Walking distance to Choctaw Stadium and has a great outdoor space for after the game drinks. Easy peasy checkin and checkout. Property manager was very responsive!

Everything about the house was great. It was clean and had plenty of towels and kitchen goods. Loved that it had water in the fridge when we arrived. It was walking distance to AT&T stadium and Texas live. The only thing is it isn’t actually 2 full bathrooms as it has one shower with two connecting toilets and sinks. It wasn’t a deal breaker though. Easy enough to make it work. We would definitely rent hear again. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay the host was great. The only thing I didn’t like is that, it doesn’t have two showers. The description is misleading. It has one bathroom with 2 toilets. The place was clean, and very nice. I do recommend this property.

Stayed here while in town for two baseball games at Globe Life (Rangers) Field. Perfect if you are looking for a home that is within walking distance as it is about 20-25 walk to the entrance. Food options on main road and a Walmart between house and stadium if you need to shop.

Enjoyed our weekend stay at this nice home for a weekend at Six Flags. Location was great and very close to park. House is very updated and plenty of room for our 6 person family. Owner communicated to us very well. Recommend to anyone looking for a weekend getaway.

We loved staying in this house. We were able to walk to Rangers games and local restaurants. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen has everything that you need. The grill is well maintained so easy to cook on as well. The back patio is a great place to hang out as a Family or group. The owner is very responsive and helpful with any questions. We felt very comfortable and plan to stay here again.
