We had a family vacation and absolutely loved everything! We celebrated our anniversary (15 years) and received a room upgrade. Perhaps the most important thing to note is your attitude towards all the details that surround you on vacation.

The location , the nature , and the view is a strong point of advantage: combination of sea and mountains is wonderful.
The staff is really proactive in serving at their best which is a huge advantage too.
The food quality and variety is wonderful.
The location of our room was too faraway from everything.
We had to take several ( up to 6!!! ) elevators in order to get to our room. Also same amount of elevators we had to take in order to go down. It was very confusing and time consuming( around 7-8 minutes total). I didn’t feel relaxed because of that. The “forest view” was a literal mountain rock in front of our balcony. I felt a bit claustrophobic in that room due to hard access to it ( 6 takes of different elevators)
The “wild beach” sea water was not clean and had trash in it , but the staff was always cleaning it even though it did not help much to the situation . But overall the “wild beach” was our favorite part of the resort because it was the most peaceful , picturesque and without any music.
The music in the resort areas was a bit too loud especially in the evenings , past 10-11 pm which in my opinion shall be tuned down toward those hours.

the food and the facilities were very good but the staff is what that place is very special. we received the best service we can get.
the pool seems larger than photos but we haven't spend time in the pool, anyway :)
