Nestled in Avalon, this charming condo for $128 per night is a great choice for your next trip. **PLEASE MESSAGE BEFORE INSTANT BOOKING** Starting 01/01/24 and ending 03/30/24 there is a 4-night minimum stay. Starting 03/30/24 and ending 01/04/25 there is a 7-night minimum stay, beginning and ending on a Saturday. Check in 4PM on Saturday, Check out 10AM on Saturday. BEACH BLOCK unit with a HEATED POOL is steps from the ocean! This one bedroom and one bathroom first-floor condo can accommodate up to two (2) people. This adorable unit is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the attractions of Avalon. There is an arcade and tons of free parking right across the street and the beach is only steps away! Easily walk into Avalon's town center for dining and shopping or relax by the heated pool. We are PET FRIENDLY! Your pet is welcome as we consider them part of the family! Prior approval and pet fee is mandatory. Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool. Our pet fee is $65 per day for ONE pet. We require the name, breed and a photo of your pet prior to approval. If the pet is not disclosed before your stay, we will charge $150 per day, per pet. Amenities Include: - Queen Bed - Full Kitchen - Wi-Fi - Roku Streaming Sick or Smart TV provided (NO CABLE!) - Window A/C Units - Non-Smoking - Swimming Pool during peak season (shared with 3 other units) Important Notes: - Pool area will be open by 05/25/24 and closed on 09/28/24. - Pool area will be open by 05/24/25 and closed on 09/27/25. - Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own. - Beach tags are NOT INCLUDED! - Lowest A/C setting is 70 degrees; highest heat setting is 75 degrees. - Strict No Parties Rule: Avalon Borough has a strict noise code. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME. Wonderfully inside of all Avalon has to offer.. close to absolutely everything. 30 second walk to the beach. Pool was a great retreat also!! Great owners and great communication! We will be back again!

LOCATION !!! Quiet, nice private pool. Small, but comfortable. Small bed and could use some fresh paint, but who cares!!! Avalon is spectacular. Not only bring your own sheets and towels, but also soap and coffee. Walk to great restaurants. Took a whale/dolphin cruise in cape May. Had a blast. Carissa was very helpful. I love Avalon!

Great location but the place was pretty run down and dingy. It's directly on the street so you need to keep the blinds closed at all times or you are really exposed.The blankets were gross as was the mat on the floor in the bathroom. Though there is a small pool for use by the tenants in the building the entrance to unit #1 was hidden and theres no porch or anything. The screen door to the unit didn't close and the window air conditioning units were loud. Should have been half the price that we paid given the condition of the unit.

This one bedroom condo was perfect! Very clean and loved the pool. The only cons were the wifi was really spotty and the mattress was a spring mattress so luckily we brought our mattress topper! Definitely worth the price though! Great location as well. Our host was so communicative and made sure we had a great trip!

The location was awesome, the place is small but just fine for 2 people. Make sure you bring your own towels and other linens like it says in the listing but if you forget there is a tj maxx not far. The pool is perfect for relaxing and the host was very easy to get ahold of for any questions

The location is perfect. The beach entrance is at the end of the block and you are close to the Main Street with all the shops. We will definitely be back

This was such a great find and place to stay! Perfect beach house for two people. It was very clean, quiet, and so much parking!! Can hear the ocean from the house which is the best! Carissa, our host, was super responsive in making sure we were good to go. We will absolutely be back as soon as we can!

This property is right by the beach, so the location was awesome! The apt we had was sufficient for a couple. I think it was originally the pool house that was converted into a guest room as you have to go into the pool area to access the space. We were a little confused on where to go when we first got there, but we were able to get a hold of someone to explain. The place does need some updating/painting and new furniture, but it met our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
