Exactly as described. Very well thought and laid-out. CLEAN; no grime or dust anywhere.
Host reached out to check in a couple times, without being intrusive.
Easy walks to most-everywhere.
We parked on Liberty a couple blocks away to avoid pay-zones; but the street parking right in front of condo is free all day Sunday and paid garage is literally accross from condo. Quick cheap ride-share to Bogart’s.
Dog park across street keeps routine walking traffic but no noise issues from that. An upstairs neighbor had loud footsteps/dancing maybe at one point in night, nothing a host can do about that, we put on white noise on my phone.
Bagel place ~2 blocks away is awesome; wish we’d got a dozen to bring home.

This is our second time staying at this property. The property is very clean and centrally located in over the Rhine. Close to Findley marketplace and downtown by the stadiums. Many restaurants and easy access to the highway. Rachel was very attentive and check-in and check out process was very easy.

This was a terrific stay in Cincinnati. Condo is super easy to access, excellent parking very close by, short walk to dozens of restaurants, and host was very communicative and quick to reply…not that much needed to be done, everything was already taken care of. Comfy bed, great kitchen, exactly what ad said it was. Would totally stay again.

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay when doing anything in Cincinnati, this is it! It has everything you need, including very affordable garage parking right across the street. You're within a mile or so of everywhere you could want to go and just blocks from over the rhine bars and restaurants. The hosts are fantastic and were quick to reply with answers to any questions we had! We can't wait to come back!

Rachel is a great host and responded quickly to messages. The unit is super cozy and clean. Everything you need is provided. The parking garage is just across the street and takes the worry out of parking. There are many great places a short walk away. We will be back.

We had such a good and quick stay. The place was walking distance to all the food and drink we wanted, but calm and quiet enough to relax and sleep easily. Won't look at any other place next time we're in town. The host was super communicative which was a nice touch.

Stayed two nights at this cozy, comfortable studio prior to a Bengals game. Had all the amenities of home and everything was so clean. Check in was easy and had excellent communication with the host. The location can't be beat. Easy walk to many restaurants and can walk or catch the free connector to the stadium. The parking garage next door was very convenient. Will definitely stay again the next trip to Cincinnati.

Excellent accommodations. Very clean and roomy for my wife and I. Good amenities available in the room. Location was great with lots of things to do in the area. Had no problems but property manager seemed easily accessible. Would stay again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Check in and check out were so simple, the apartment was just as pictured and extremely clean, and the hosts were very easy to get into contact with. The bed was soo comfortable, we slept so well. If we ever make it back to town we will most definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

This was a great place to stay. It’s true to the pictures! The rental was in a very convenient location. A mile from the baseball stadium and just a few blocks from the casino. There were great places to eat, drink, and socialize. We walked everywhere with no issues. Will definitely be booking this rental again!

My adult grandson(huge Bangels fan) and I did a road trip to go to his first live NFL. This place was perfect for us. The bed for me was so comfortable and although the couch did not convert into a bed. He was very comfortable. This is one of the best and cleanest VRBO rentals i have rented. Will definitely reserve again if visiting Cincinnati. The location was pefect. We parked the car the day we arrived and only took it back out when we left. Walking distance to all the fun places.

The studio cigar store apartment is beautiful and cozy. It had everything we were looking for in a relaxing stay. The location is great, with easy access to OTR restaurants and bars. We were also able to relax and watch a movie on the provided Roku with a Hulu login ready to use. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Perfect time in such a super nice place. Rachel was great anytime we had questions. Parking at Zilker park was convenient. Location was perfect. Entry method was convenient. Definetly a go to place for a couple.

Dropping our kids at school at Xavier and looked beyond a hotel room. Place was as described and better. Great neighborhood with many options to eat out and explore. Felt very safe. There was a movie in the park across the street the first night we were there. Very clean. Very communicative host. Will be hoping it is available each time we come from CT to visit our kids at school.

My wife and I were in town for the jazz concert, our first visit to cincinatti. The property was in a great location. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable just as the photos shows. Rachel was very responsive and helpful providing restaraunt recommendations. Vine street is a must, diverse food choices in walking distance from the property. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Cincinatti.

A charming one bedroom located downtown Cincinnati within one mile of Sawyer point Park which we needed to attend for a weekend pickleball tournament. So convenient to everything. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and covered garage paid parking was well within walking distance. Host communicated in a very timely manner before during and after our stay. We didn’t have any problems but we knew we could contact if needed. Would definitely stay here again!

This Studio apartment was super clean, cute, cozy, convenient and comfortable!!! So with all the other 5 stars we also just gave it the 5 C’s!!! Rachel is a great host and communicator! There was a slight problem that her husband came to check on within minutes and fixed it right away! Felt completely safe and within 2 blocks walking distance to a cute Diner for delicious breakfast! Parking garage very clean, close and reasonably priced. Entering building and apartment was simple yet secure. I would recommend it to anyone. Also close driving distance to Zoo, Newport Aquarium and lots of restaurants. Findley Market and several restaurants within walking distance as well. It was a perfect anniversary getaway!

Our stay couldnt have been better. The condo is exactly as described and had all the comfortable necessities. Not to mention being within walking distance to quite literally everything made our stay extra convenient and easy to plan a full day. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Cinci.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights for a concert. Location is only a few minutes from highway and public parking lot is next door. Many restaurants, bars and convenience stores within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying and will rebook next trip to Cincinnati!
