For guests arriving by air the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport is the nearest major hub located approximately thirty to forty minutes away by car. Having your own vehicle will provide you with the best flexibility to explore the local lakes museums and shopping areas at your own pace.

• While each treehouse offers its own space and outdoor area, the property is not a secluded or completely private setting. The property includes multiple accommodations, so guests may see or hear other guests during their stay.



• We allow a maximum of 2 vehicles per treehouse. Vehicles must be parked on the designated concrete parking areas and may not block the one-way driveway.



• No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted.



• Smoking is permitted outdoors only. All doors and windows must remain closed while smoking.



• No pets are permitted.



• Candles, fireworks, or other open flames are not permitted anywhere on the property. Charcoal grills are permitted only in designated areas.



• Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced. Detailed arrival instructions and your unique door code will be provided prior to check-in.
