Over all, it was a good location and good room size. They just need to improve a lot on the service

Pros: the room is big and the location is very close to everything

Cons: 1. The room is very dirty when I checked in. I had to ask for a new set of bedding and had to clean to bathroom and furniture myself. After 2 nights, I found a cockroach in the room and it stayed with us for the rest of the time =(( 2. The 2 ladies at the front desk are very rude. They attempted to enter my room even when I said not to when a first checked in! 3. They didn't have any quiet hour and just let anyone make noise at anytime. I wouldn't mention if I didn't have to experience a whole night not sleeping well due to a bunch of teenagers being very loud the entire night ( from 12am to 7am to be exact). And the host just did not do anything about it or even apologize
