Scared to talk with host. Bad customer service.

The view was amazing. The yard was ok.

The rudeness of the host and how she was being hateful. The entire time I communicated with her. I was scared to ask for anything. We didn't even have a TV.

Setting was wonderful Hostess was excellent Tasteful decor

Spouse wasn't aware that no TV Floor a little concerning as was uneven Need more hangers in the bedroom Unable to keep doors closed

Just a nice area with river setting

No breakfast Nice area quiet side of the mountains

Didn't have a TV but contacted Wendy and she move us to another one that did . Wendy was very nice already telling family about the place

Charming Accommodations on the River

Beautiful location. We loved our porch overlooking the river. The interior was cozy, comfortable, and spacious. We loved that our suite was in a log cabin building from the 1800s. We also liked that it had everything we needed for cooking. Very charming! The host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay there again!

Best Cabin Stay in Townsend

The cabin was amazing. Just the perfect balance of space and comfort. The host, Wendy, was really nice and provided lots of tips about the area. The area was peaceful and we loved spending time by the river. The deli restaurant next door was amazing as well and we will definitely come back.

A delightful and peaceful escape to nature in a rustic cabin.

riverfront view, close proximity to pub, located far from the downtown area( quiet). wonderfully decorated rooms, fridge and kitchen equipment available. historic and rustic vibe enhanced by the renovated 19th century cabin construction

loud neighbors and non-soundproofed walls. quiet hours were great for helping keep a peaceful ambience, but would have preferred soundproofed walls and floors and not having to worry about timing . the floor in the room felt like it was not 100% level , seemed to dip towards the center of the building.

Lovely stay on the "Peaceful Side" of the Smokies

Room was comfortable and well appointed. Location was very good for easy entry into the park. Nice outdoor area to sit and very peaceful by the river.

The bed was too soft for my comfort.

I loved that the outdoor seating area faced the water. No TV so a great place to sit back, drink a cup of coffee, enjoy the sounds of nature and relax.

Had a beautiful, peaceful weekend! Wendy was great!

The view was unbeatable!

Doesn't have a TV. Didn't bother us, but it's the only thing that we noticed.

Highway noise just outside the bedroom but overall it was still pleasant for the location.

Peaceful and Serene.

The unit was very Clean. The furniture was very Comfortable. The Bed was way better than I expected. It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I've stayed in 5stars hotel beds that didn't compare.

There was no TV. Although the reasons for not having one were valid. It just would've been nice to have one. But, the comfort and cleanliness made up for it.

comfy beds, comfortable rooms, overlooks river, quiet, exceptionally well-stocked kitchen and bathroom Staff was very friendly We felt relaxed . We hope to return next year.

parking is a little tight sometimes— but it is free.
