Honestly, everything was good. Stayed for 4 nights in the private bungalow, literally no complaints. Was a nice cozy place. Yes you have to walk a bit (less than a minute) for the breakfast but that’s literally nothing, if anything it’s healthy. Also parking available if you rent a car which we used for two days. Owner and staff are very kind and helpful. We broke a cup in the room by accident and the owner told me not to worry about it. Everything is very clean as well. The garden is fabulous. Hotel is 10-15min away from the beach and about 7min from the centrum.
We did not use the pool nor did we come near to it. So i can not comment on that.
There was nothing to dislike about. It was perfect.

The property is very well placed, in an ever green garden, where you get to have the breakfast every morning. The beach is nearby which makes the access very easy (sun beds are free in case you have lunch/diner at the restaurants that own them).
The staff at the hotel would do every possible thing in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Special thanks to Mami, who recommended a very nice boat trip with Suleyman captain :)
There are decent coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The views at the beach are wonderful - the sea and mount Olympos just make the perfect scenery. It is a pebble one though.

Everything was great. It fulfilled the expectations.
Just one thing: the expresso coffee for the incredible breakfast should be free.

Close to some nice locations.
Short walk to the beach.
Very friendly staff.
Family orientated - lots of loud children.
Pool is in the shade during the afternoon. But you can enjoy sun at the beach.
Room was not serviced/cleaned during our stay.
