We will be saving this booking to come back to again! The hosts were very prompt to responding and answered all of our questions! We traveled with 2 other families and our unit was by far the nicest, most updated and the living room was laid out the best to make the most of the square footage. Being able to take the stairs was a huge plus for us because one elevator was being remodeled so the wait was somewhat long being there was only one working. The property itself was extremely family friendly and laid back. Nothing rowdy & beach was not crowded at all. There was no fighting for a “front row” beach canopy spot which we LOVED!!! Plenty of pool options & the ice cream shop on site was a huge hit!

Overall, we had a great stay. Ft. Morgan is a hidden gem, this community was great & we plan to return to the area again. The condo: The beds are comfortable & the kitchen is well-stocked. The owner has included extra blankets, fans, etc. which are great to have when traveling. The condo is at the end of the hall near the stairwell & that made beach access so quick & easy. The view from the balcony is fantastic & a great place to people watch. The condo was overall clean enough, but there were food bits/dust/etc. throughout. Also, the living room furniture could use a good cleaning - it was dingy & we found trash in the couch cushions while searching for the remote. The complex: Everyone was friendly. Laundry is available for a fee on 1st floor. The outdoor pools were clean. The indoor pool was very cloudy & cold. All the sport courts were great & the community grills are a nice touch. The amenities in the complex are overall awesome.

This condo was amazing! From the location, cleanliness, and of course the incredible view, we couldn’t have been more pleased. It had everything we needed to enjoy our trip! We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in this condo during our vacation. It is in a perfect location with a beautiful view. The owner was really easy to communicate with, and the restaurant in the building was wonderful!
