The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. Guest Access: The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. The Neighborhood: Ojus is bordered by Aventura to the east, I-95 to the west, North Miami Beach to the south and Broward County to the north. There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life: - No parties. - No gatherings. - No loud noises or shouting. - No loud music. - No smoking indoors.
