Summary: The Davidson Studio has its own entrance, has a queen size bed, couch, dresser, fridge, stove, oven, shower, TV, WiFi. Everything you need for a quite stay. I am less than 2 miles to Downtown Davidson and lots of restaurants. The green way runs right in front of the house for walking or running. Lake Norman 4 miles 2.4 Miles for Davidson College 14.3 Miles from Charlotte motor speedway 26.8 Miles from Charlotte Airport 21 Miles from downtown Charlotte 23 Miles from the convention center The Space: Guest can use the deck and patio furniture to relax outside. They can also use the grill. Guest Access: You can come and go as you please you have your own entrance. The Neighborhood: Very quiet neighborhood. Park is at the end of the street. Ballfields are close. The greenway runs in front of the house. Other Things to Note: Enjoy yourself relax and enjoy Davidson and the surrounding areas. Interaction with Guests: If you need anything please let me know. If it is after 9PM please call me.

I chose this property because of its location in a neighborhood and proximity to a walking/running trail and proximity to Davidson NC. I was not disappointed.

We were in Davidson for a family reunion - and the studio was perfect. I helped with some breakfast casseroles - and the kitchen made that easy. We enjoyed a morning run - by stepping out the door and heading to the Greenway. Thanks for hosting!

Stayed here for two nights when we came to watch the wildcats play ! It was a great location and great place to stay !
Only down fall was the bed was a little hard , but we loved it and a great studio for a weekend trip!

This unit was very clean and had everything we could need. We just stayed for a night to go to a concert in Charlotte - it’s about a 25/30 minute drive to downtown and PNC pavilion (different directions) but it was a great location. Very safe, very clean, extremely easy check in and check out process

Look no further than this property. This is an AMAZING house that sits in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is extremely clean and the owner has thought of everything that you need during your stay. Speaking of, Mike is available within minutes via text and ready to answer any questions. My parents (70’s) along with my wife and I (35, 40) and daughter (7) all absolutely loved it. Great property for all ages. Wish I could give it 10 stars.

Property was very clean and beautiful. Property description does not do it justice. This place was great and we felt at home. A lot of things in the surrounding area to do and we loved the binder they had there that had recommendations from past guests.

We stayed in the loft for 11 days and it was perfect. It’s a great size and has all amenities you need. We loved that you are able to come and go as you please and it’s totally private. Mike was wonderful and easy to deal with. The town of Davidson is super cute and a great middle ground for everywhere we were going. Your 20 mins from Charlotte and 20 mins from Mooresville.

We loved our stay. It was immaculate, cleanest rental we have ever stay at. Quiet neighborhood. It was exactly as described and pictured. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we travel to the Charlotte area.

This is our annual trip that we have made to different locations over the past eighteen years. This was a great house for us as it has three bedrooms with king and queen beds and TV's in every room. The property was immaculate and very welcoming. We had a great time. Thank you

This house was great. It was very roomy and clean. It was nicely decorated. The sofa in the living room was a good spot to curl up and read. The kitchen is very well laid out. It is in a nice neighborhood for walks.

Mike’s home has quickly become a favorite place to stay during our annual weekend trek to the North Carolina Renaissance Faire. We had 3 couples in our group and the home was more than big enough to comfortably house everyone. Mike was very responsive to questions regarding other local amenities. Fantastic value for such a beautiful home.

We stayed here for a week recently. We were in town for a visit and found it to be a perfect spot. The unit was just as described and the info allowed for easy check-in and all questions had been answered. Would recommend it to anyone and hope if we make it back to NC it is available for us to stay at again. Thanks.

We were waiting for the sale of our house to be close and needed a place to stay in Davidson, so our sons could start school on time. The house worked great for our family of 4 for that time period. The space was actually more than we needed. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals. There isn't a fenced yard, but we used the patio and walked to the nearby park alot. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the people we met were pleasant. The best part was the flexibility of the owner. He allowed us to extend our stay and made our lives a little less stressful during a very stressful time for our family. We greatly appreciated that.
