Location was amazing! Great restaurant and music on the other side with own wine Metro & Meio.
Apartment had a good size and bed was comfortable. Ideal for one person. Okay for two. Air conditioning was given and worked.
Towels and shower gel and kitchen utilities were given. Though no pots for cooking.
There was mould on the bathroom ceiling.
You can’t use the terrace or open the door or windows to let in ‘fresh air’, as the air from the neighbouring restaurant’s kitchen is channelled in here. It is directed into the small vent, and the air cannot circulate because of the high walls.
Without air conditioning, it would be unbearable due to the poor air circulation.
The noises came only through the staircase not from outside. It was overall quite peaceful.
This place is not meant for cooking.

Great location. Very good communication with host. No noise from the streets.
Poor sound isolation from the hall, so if someone gets to their apartment at 3 in the morning you will hear them very well.
Apartment is quite small and also lacks a place to store your luggage and towel hooks in bathroom.

La centralità della struttura, vicina alla metro e ai servizi principali.
La pulizia è il fatto di non poter aprire le finestre che danno sul terrazzo per il forte odore di fritto che proviene dalla vicina friggitoria.
La doccia è da usare con attenzione in quanto l’acqua tende ad uscire e a bagnare tutto il pavimento fino al parquet che sta all’ingresso.
