I booked a Superior Twin Room. My room was on the 8th floor and unlike some reviewers, I had windows. The room and bathroom are spacious, the bed comfortable (albeit firm but I love a firm bed), clean and quiet. Close by to restaurant.
The breakfast. I was disappointed that there was no buffet as it was photos of the fab display of food that prompted me to book the hotel. Fair enough if there aren’t enough guests to warrant a buffet but the meal was a 2/5.
It took a bit to understand why I couldn’t get a receipt when I paid. Eventually I ascertained they have to check the room to make sure I’ve not stolen towels, the remote, the TV etc and once I passed the honesty test, my receipt was emailed.

Perfect night stay before the ha giang loop tour, good clean facilities and close to the tour center.
