I liked that the property was in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of Kas which was busy after 8pm.
In addition (we went in September), there were fewer guests so it felt more like a villa than a hotel - we were often by the pool by ourselves. The staff were happy for us to extend the pool hours as well which was lovely as we could swim after sunset. I really loved our breakfasts (just be careful with ordering americanos rather than Turkish coffees, the price can mount up a bit). Finally - a huge plus was the view across the ocean - so pretty!
Well, if you don’t like steps, it may not be for you… I’d say you definitely need a hire car otherwise you’re reliant on taxis into civilisation (about £5 into Kas town) but we had a car and it was easy.

We upgraded our room to King Suite and it was well worth it. The views were amazing. The location is at the hill top of the peninsula, if you're looking for a quiet time with a mesmerizing panorama then this is the spot. We loved waking up everyday and having slow breakfasts at the terrace. The pool was also very well kept and perfect temperature if you want to hang back at the hotel for the day. The personnel, especially Esra, were very friendly and accommodating. The public beach is 6 minutes by minibus, and to be honest it's much better than the popular Kaputas beach. If you're looking for laid back beach days then the nearest beach is the best choice and easily accessible. The same minibus will also take you to the city. Which is about a 10 minute scenic ride away.

The hotel is in a superb position, with amazing views. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was one of the best we've had, perfect portions with no waste and delicious. The bed was comfy and big, the pillows were passable. We didn't get to use the pool as it wasn't warm enough, but it looked delightful.
It was rather tired. The entrance drive was tatty, and it looked unfinished, or like it had been abandoned. The room needed curtains that fit with blackout as it was still bright with them shut. The bathroom had a limited amount of hard towels with nowhere to hang them and no window cover, just frosted glass, also right next to the neighbours balcony so no privacy. The grout was grubby in the shower and needed a good scrub. They didn't service the room so the towels had to be reused without being able to hang them up. It needs a spruce up.
