What really stands out about this property is the dedication of the staff. They make you feel so welcome from the moment you arrive right up to the moment you leave. It feels like home. They really go above and beyond and will assist you with anything you need. Location is also great, lots of cafes shops and restaurants nearby and very close to a couple of metro stations. Would highly recommend this as a base for exploring Beijing.
The only thing we disliked was how small the bathroom was, but it was manageable.

The staff were the most kind people, they helped us a lot during our stay. We were truly thankful. They also spoke really good english which is not very common in China.
