This house should not be listed. It took 14 days , (despite numerous emails) to have basic amenities replaced. Teflon coating on all pots and pans scratched off to the bare metal. The main bedroom mattress is in a disgusting state. Carpet has numerous stains and ceiling badly needs repainting after water damage. The Queen bed has a rodent trap underneath! The Patio is dirty , needs a power wash with loose screws all over the area. Old beach chairs left outside , discarded and rusting away. The pool skimmer is ripped / torn and cannot be used. The shrubs are overgrown and broken solar lights strewn along the entrance pathway. There are animals nesting in the roof and can be heard from the living room area. There are numerous gaping holes in the soffit and fascia where animals are entering. During our stay the hot water boiler broke and needed replacing. On arrival the coffee maker was left dirty with mould growth.
