Great location in Croix Rousse! The building was safe and secure, the space had everything you needed- comfy bed, great kitchen, loved the Juliette balcony doors and a washer!
I would have loved a light in the hall to get into the booking, had to use the flashlight on my phone.
The listing said city view, just know you only see the building across the small street.

What would enhance the property would be a light in front of the main door. When the connecting door swings shut you have to rush down the stairs before it becomes total darkness. Then you have to fumble with the front door key in the main door to gain access. Not easy.

The location is good, although it's uphill, which is something to keep in mind.
The apartment itself is decent.
I would not recommend booking this property.
You are required to pay a €200 security deposit, which is not mentioned anywhere before booking. And most importantly, even after an entire month, I still haven't received my money back! :)
They keep claiming that the deposit has been refunded, but I haven't received anything.
The host may seem responsive and helpful at first, but when it comes to getting your money back, be prepared for endless frustration. Do not trust them!
Also, the entrance opens directly onto the street, which makes you feel unsafe even when you're inside the apartment.
In short, I would strongly recommend NOT booking this property.
