The traditional Portuguese style exterior and interior, with a high quality boutique feel. The staff on the reception were very welcoming at check-in and keen to ensure we experienced the best of Porto. The hotel location is perfect for the attractions and close to restaurants and breakfasting options. This was our first visit to the hotel and we would return.
Nothing, it was exactly as expected. Yes there is some street noise but all part of being in a vibrant city.

Loved the location, in the middle of everything.
On arrival in the room we received 2 macaroons and a bottle of port wine, which was lovely and on check out we were given 2 pastel da nata’s which again was a lovely touch
The only full length mirror was at the side of the bathroom door, with a bedside cupboard in the way so you couldn’t actually check yourself on the way out.
We asked the bar taff to change the tv channel in the bar area to a news channel instead of a recurring hotel video, this was ignored
