The accommodation was great, small and cosy in a beautiful building. It was very easy to collect the keys to the property and the host sent very detailed messages about the process. The location was perfect, very central and so easy to walk to all the sights and landmarks in historic Montpellier and great restaurants and cafes were very close to the accommodation.
Lack of natural light into the apartment meant lots of lights were on throughout the day in the accommodation. But a small price to pay for such a wonderful visit and location. Thank you.

Wunderschöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit viel Charme und Geschichte.
Sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Unkomplizierter Check-in, freundliche Kommunikation.
Guter Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundungen.
Parkplatzsituation.
Etwas warm, trotz dicker Mauern. Lag sicher auch an den Außentemperaturen. Aber ein zweiter Ventilator wäre super.
Dritter Stuhl wäre klasse und Garderobe.

- arredamento curato e numerosi accessori
- ti permette di vivere un ambiente storico e caratteristico
- silenzio assoluto essendo all’interno di una via laterale
- HOST SCOMPARSO: dopo tanti anni di Booking non ci era mai successo. Semplicemente l’host dopo il primo messaggio pre impostato il giorno dell’arrivo, non ci ha più risposto a nulla, zero. Fortunatamente non abbiamo avuto necessità particolari/urgenti, ma eravamo completamente abbandonati. Da aggiungere che l’host non lo si vede mai: check-in trovando la chiave all’interno di una cassettina con lucchetto posta in strada e poco visibile (nonché poco fine / sporco)
- ASSENZA DI ARIA CONDIZIONATA. Presenza di un solo piccolo ventilatore, posto accanto al letto. Ad Agosto è assolutamente proibitivo, non è possibile dormire a Montpellier in centro ad Agosto senza un vero sistema di raffreddamento dell’aria. La posizione a piano terra e in un palazzo antico con mura spesse aiuta, ma non è assolutamente sufficiente.
- bagno senza finestra, ventola debole (aggiungere dei profumi ambiente?)
- bagno con forte odore (fogna o umidità, o entrambi)
- soppalco scomodo, scala ripida e posizione del letto molto angusta (letto matrimoniale ma stretto)
- chiusura della porta non così intuitiva (breve spiegazione prima dell’arrivo?)
- forte umidità essendo di fatto una sorta ex cantina (deumidificatore?)
- difficoltà ad arieggiare gli spazi
