Very good
They sent a code to get in the door, yet there was no cypher lock on the doors. We searched everywhere. After three calls and 30 minutes we finally got someone to give us a code to the lock box they use for the housekeepers I guess. Also, even though no one was in the house before us they said we could not check in til 4:00. Why even ask when guests will argue if it doesn’t matter?
