The location was exactly what we were looking for. We had plenty of parking for a trailer and side x side. The house was clean and comfortable. Close to everything in Townsend!
We have no complaints. The house was exactly as described.

Good space, quiet location and it was clean
There was nothing I did not like. The kitchen was equipped with the minimum items which is ok but a few more things would make the place a bit more convenient.

The location provided convenient access to Townsend and Cades Cove, but it was right off the main road. The pictures definitely make it seem more secluded than it actually is.
I reached out via email several days prior to ask about the coffee maker, and never got a response.
There is a significant deposit for damages, and we spent the first 45 minutes of our trip reporting issues with the house because there were a lot of minor issues.
There were several aspects of the house that seemed unnecessarily complicated - having remotes for bedroom lights, the complex refrigerator with non-functional features, and the shower controls.
