Rooms were clean.
The staff should be more friendly smile to the customers. Breakfast was very basic. We stayed there for 3 nights and noticed that the buffet was hardy filled up. The food stayed on the counter for so long and got cold, hard.
Can’t forget to mention that they charged extra bed each room even though we booked for the price of 6 people. When we checked in, they showed us 2 rooms on the 4th floor, each room has 2 singles bed and told us to manage ourselves to sleep with 3 people on 2 beds. Even though we showed the booking agreement was the price paid for 6pp, they refused to listened and after a long and tired trip to get there, we had no choice than to pay the extra cost. Right after reveiving the payment, they gave us 2 rooms on the 5th floor exactly the same size, but with an extra bed each room. We felt like we were trapped and the trap was well prepared. The rooms were there, available for three but they wouldn’t give until they could get the extra cost.
Thankfully, booking.com was very helpful and took kind action on this.
