A fantastic property in an almost perfect location to explore Porto. Incredibly welcoming staff once you get to the property, explaining everything you need to know with the rooms and surrounding area. Pool was fantastic for the few hot days we had while in Porto.
Nothing we particularly didn't like, only issue was our WiFi dropped for a while one morning, but apart from that all good.

We really appreciate the fast communication, we were always accommodated. As for the bedroom, the beds were very comfortable and I appreciate the different versions of the pilaster. The space of the apartment was large, it is a pity that the bedroom room could not be separated from the living room. And a small plus for the ironing board with iron. Otherwise we really liked it here, we just have slightly different requirements than other guests.
The apartment was well equipped, but we were missing some equipment. Especially in the bathroom there was little storage space, shelves, hooks. There was also a lack of storage space and hangers for clothes. What I would also welcome is a safe for valuables. The kitchen was well equipped, but the sink was too small, the waste bin had no lid. Among other things, the bin filled up quickly, did we have to take the waste somewhere ourselves? We were also missing basic things in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, salt, etc. And in the evening, while sleeping, we could hear the footsteps of the guests who were staying above us, I know that it was not intentional, it is due to the construction of the building, but the noise was loud

Good location, kind staff though we only saw them once when we arrived.
Room was in poor condition, floorboards were coming off the floor, beds were uncomfortable, and furniture was falling apart. Had to pay 15 eur per night for parking in their own parking lot, which is wild.
