A bit dated property with no TV or microwave. Wifi available though. Nice couple

Stay was very comfortable and just what we needed. Space was very clean and had everything we needed. As listed, there is no TV but we saw that before and brought a small TV for our children and this worked out just fine. Would stay again when in the area

My husband and I booked our stay here with our two teenage daughters so we could visit our two college age sons (one at Taylor and one at IWU). We arrived on Thursday night, walked in the rental and were immediately overcome with the smell of cigarettes. The smoker smell was made worse by the smell of air fresheners. We stayed for about an hour until my husband’s headache became too much for him. We ended up finding a hotel to stay at instead. I’ve never left a bad review before, but the smell was so strong that we were willing to pay for a hotel on top of paying for the VRBO.
I scoured the reviews once we arrived at the rental and did not find anyone else complain about the smoke smell. Maybe it was from a very recent renter. I have no idea how to remediate the smell once someone has smoked inside a property. It might require the help of a professional service.

We were in town for a weekend. The stay was exactly what we needed. We come to town often to see family. We have agreed we would stay here every time if it’s available.

We’ve been to this property twice now and always been happy. The hosts are awesome and have great communication. The location is perfect; close to town but private and relaxing. Plenty of room for everyone at a great rate.

This is a 3 bedroom, two bath mobile home. located in the country. The home was clean and quiet with some nice views of the countryside. The owners are very friendly. Only thing missing was a tv and internet service. But it was kind of nice not to have them, we had to talk to each other. Great place to stay.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay, and were greeted with warm hospitality. The property was a wonderful farm, setting with cats, horses, and a big old sheep dog. Plenty of space for a family of five. Everything was just as it was promoted.

Beautiful country setting. Home not fancy, but met most of our needs. Our adult son, who uses a wheelchair, was with us. While we were told there was a wheelchair ramp, we found it was not built to code - dangerously steep for a wheelchair. Also the sidewalk leading to ramp was made with pavers and was too narrow for wheelchair. We would not return with a wheelchair, but would recommend it for able bodied guests. It has 3 beds and we used them all. The twin bed was very uncomfortable, but would probably work for a child. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom showers were nice.

We had a lovely stay! The setting was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Linda was there for us, but we also felt like we had complete privacy. We will definitely return in the future.

This house was a fantastic location. Not in town but close enough to run in to town for what ever we needed. The hosts were super accommodating. If the hunt is on the same location in 2024 we will be back.

This place did the job for us. Could have used a couple of baking dishing and one good knife (I usually bring one with me ut forgot). We were using it as a place to lay our head to visit our daughter at IWU. Convenient to the freeway.

Unfortunately, I came to town for the funeral of a close relative. The cabin home was the perfect choice for the peacefulness I needed for myself and my small dog. The sun glistened over the lake every evening and Linda was extremely accommodating, which I greatly appreciate! I will definitely return when I come back to town. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

I only put a 4 for location as folks might want to know it's our in the country a bit, but very close to Marion and Upland. Check with property owner which roads to take if you're coming in at night!

This home is a cute little log cabin trailer. It is clean, comfortable, and just the kind of place we needed while working on a house flip in the area.
We loved meeting Linda and her beautiful horses!

My child attends a university near this property, so the location was convenient. While visiting my child, I was able to work for a couple of days from this cozy country-style mobile home, prepping breakfasts and a couple simple meals for myself in a convenient space. The owner was prompt and clear with communication. Sleeps 5 (a queen, a double, and a single) with two baths. Will definitely book again if I'm planning to stay in the area more than overnight.

The Lodge was very nice, clean, and was in a great setting. Linda, the owner of the lodge, was also very nice, sweet, and welcoming, I very much enjoyed my stay. My only concern was the heating of the lodge for the winter time, as at times it struggled to keep up. But other than that, everything else was great!

A good property with a basic feel that met our needs. We appreciated having our own space on this beautiful Indiana property. Linda was quick to respond to anything we needed and Fabbio was very friendly. The animals on the property gave it a fun feel. Would stay there again.

We loved the location! We were greeted by a sweet little cat on our porch, horses in the field, a fish pond and Mac, the biggest gentle giant of a dog! Linda was around taking care of her animals and was just the best host! It was a great experience! Thank you Linda!!

What a great place to stay! The owners of this location were both incredible. Fabio, was a riot. Though he didn't speak perfect English, his gestures and sense of humor made for the most delightful conversations. We smile just thinking about our friendly chats. Linda, his wife, was super friendly and helpful also. Mack, their giant dog, was a sweet soul and just as friendly as Fabio and Linda. WE were in such a nice, quiet, rural areas but close to restaurants, stores and several excellent bike trails. Had a great time and would highly recommend this rental to anyone staying in this area.

Absolutely what we were looking for. Well maintained property in a nice rural setting. grounds well maintained as well. a beautiful setting for visiting family. I was told there wasn't a BBQ grill but there was one on the back side of the rental. The little lake was beautiful, caught a few Bass (Catch & release). Owners were very attentive but not annoying at all. The only suggestion I would have is securing the stones on the walk up to the portion. Not a biggie by any means. We really loved this property as a chance to wind down after visiting with family. The hosts were wonderful, and very patient with our very chatty kids, yet also gave us privacy and space. The food in the fridge was a wonderful touch, and the kids adored the animals, who were very friendly and clean. We will definitely book with them again.

Located in the quiet country sits a relaxed style trailer log cabin style. Located approximately 10 min. from Indiana Wesleyan University and a few minutes off of hwy 69. It sits behind the owners matching log style home. Yard is plentiful and well kept. Next to the VRBO is a barn and a shed that seems to be used to tend to the property. Communication with the property owner was responded to promptly - within minutes. Once inside - there was a noticed scent of air fresheners. The window air conditioners and ceiling fan keep the space nicely temperature controlled - it is apparent that the owners take good care of the place. It was clean and very accommodating providing a few food items, toiletries, plenty of linens and towels. With three bedrooms (single and two doubles) as well as two bathrooms, makes this a place that a family of 5 could comfortably sleep.

Nice people but not a great place
The owner Linda was very nice however something caused our eyes to burn and water followed by our sinuses and chest after ten minutes. We had to leave, Linda said she was looking into it.
