Our family really enjoyed staying for a long weekend at this lovely property. It is indeed peaceful and is in a beautiful setting.

Nick was excellent as an owner and communicated very well throughout the entire process. The space suited our holiday gathering with three families, including 5 teenage boys. Some glitches took away from the experience like the hot tub not fully heating (they quickly tried to fix), need for a few more kitchen items for larger dinners, and I recommend it should be mentioned the fireplace inside, seen in the photos, doesn't work (may just be a safety concern which I respect, but should be mentioned). Still, Nick deserves 5 stars for his responsiveness and we would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Nick's home! The house was accurate to the listing and provided my group with lots of space and entertainment to make our stay very comfortable and fun! We especially enjoyed the hot tub, game room, and being able to gather all together in the spacious living room & kitchen. I really appreciated Nick's responsiveness to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Great House! Pictures are accurate. Lots to do in the house for a family with pre teens and teens between karaoke, game room with ping ping, basketball & pac man arcade. Loved having a cup of coffee in the morning and being able to see the lake from the living room . There is also a jacuzzi and fire pit. Linens and towels are provided which make it even easier for a relaxing stay. Owner was very responsive with any questions. Definitely a great spot.

The house & property were perfect for my family of 9. We enjoyed EVERY element of it. Some nice fish were caught & released. Tons of animals entertained us nature lovers and we were even graced with a bald eagle for 10 minutes , sitting regally on a large branch, his flight captured on video! We used the great fire pit nightly, and the hot tub was super! The kitchen was large & enabled all to gather round at the same time. The game room entertained us for hours as the kids made up tournaments. We played cards at the fabulous poker table every night! The beds were super comfy and the hosts were so accommodating. (When I asked Nick if there happened to be a hand mixer there or should I bring mine, one from Amazon awaited us when we arrived! Thank you Nick & Laura An A+ place!

This was one of the best VRBO houses I’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautiful, immaculate, and surrounded by woods and on a small lake. Truly everything as advertised or better!

Really had a great time. It was a getaway for my college age kids to relax and hang out with family before going back to school. Upon arrival it was rainy. Not an issue. Played ping pong, arcade basketball, Pac-Man, etc. The rest of the week, the weather was awesome. Kayaking, using the outside hot tub, grilling was great. Outlet shopping was close by. Deer walking around were all so docile and cute. A few hiccups but Nick was sooo quick to respond. Super great host.

The property was perfect for our family. Lots of room. Great lake behind the house for kayaking (boats provided!) and fishing (boys caught several!!). Appreciated that our pups could join us on vacation. Online pics accurately represent the property. Owner also surprised us with new outdoor hot tub which was enjoyed by all!

Everything about our stay here was perfect! The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were also very comfortable. It was a great way to unwind with the lakefront view, some fishing, kayaking, swimming, listening to music around the fire, and getting in touch with nature. Ultimately this vacation was very smooth because of the communication with Nick who told us everything we needed to know and responded to every question quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was just as described. Everything in order and host was very responsive. We had a group of 10, 6 adults and 4 children 8, and under. Coffee down by the lake was a wonderful start to the day. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Karaoke with the kids was a real hit. Game room was a bonus during downtime with the kids. Kayaking on the lake was a highlight, as some ventured out for the first time! Penn Estates is a great location, as we all enjoyed both the pool and the lake. One of our best days was spent relaxing by the lake, meeting new friends, floating in our tubes and playing in the sand.. Bonus day was a tie dye party at the pool location, all for free. We got to make shirts for the whole family to take home with us! Nearby we all enjoyed Camelbeach water park, Bushkill Falls and Quiet Valley Historical Farm. The entire week was a perfect mix of activity and simple relaxation. All in all, it was a great experience! Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay here. Lake front location and access to the 3 kayaks were amazing House was beautiful with comfortable beds, plenty of entertainment for teens, and very spacious. Community amenities were very good. Nick was terrific with all communications and answering any questions right away. He was easy to work with throughout the entire rental process. Wonderful family getaway!

We had a lovely home on the lake for a week and many family memories were made. Accommodations were nice but one shower was not in order which was a minor setback. We had a full house and definitely needed that extra shower.

We stayed here with two adults and ten teenage boys from 13-19 in the summer. Overall, very happy with it. - Host was communicative and helpful. - House was spacious and well-stocked with entertainment options: games, hot tub, boats - Outdoor space was very nice: large deck, lots of seating - Outdoor string lights had a nice effect at night - Lots of lake-front access for fishing and boating - Lake is on the small side - Gated community required a visit request for every person, which was a bit annoying and didn't work perfectly

The property was well maintained and fit our group of 6 adults and 10 kids perfectly! Location was close to 2 ski resorts for skiing, tubing, and snowboarding. Owners were helpful and responsive.
